Thomas-Kilmann Animal Conflict Style Posters
This set of 5 posters is based on the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Modes. The posters illustrate the main methods of interaction for each conflict style, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. These posters can be used as teaching aids, enabling you to establish a common language with your pupils when discussing conflict, assertiveness and compromise in the classroom or playground.
They have been designed to be used in ‘Session 3 Conflict Styles’ of the CRESST Peer Mediation Coordinator’s Training Manual.
Blame Language Posters
This set of 6 posters illustrates how we train children to listen and echo back to the disputants the story they have heard. The posters alert the children to which language to remove to help de-escalate a situation.
