Training Day
Conflict Resolution Training Day
Friday 10th October 2008
For Teachers, Learning Mentors, Behaviour Support staff, PSHE/Citizenship co-ordinators, Youth Workers, Playleaders anyone working with children or young people.
This one day course explores the nature of conflict, the key skills of self expression, empathy, cooperation, problem solving and mediation (including peer mediation).
The day will address your conflict resolution awareness and develop the skills needed to successfully manage your own conflict.
It will also provide ideas and activities to educate and support young people to resolve their own problems.
9:15 to 4:00
Venue: Scotia Works, Leadmill Road, Sheffield
